What sets us apart

Vertical Integration

Running the full process in-house — tooling, casting, machining, electronics, and finishing — rather than distributing it across outside subcontractors delivers three concrete advantages:

Get Specification Support
Vertical integration detail
01

Machined flange, reamed bolt holes, and a seated gasket — tolerance and finish quality visible in a single frame.

02

Cutting our own tooling in-house means no waiting on an outside toolmaker between order and first unit.

Hundreds of housings from one mold — dimensional repeatability is what holds a spec to the five-hundredth unit.

Questions & Answers

IP65 means the fixture is fully sealed against dust and protected against water jets from any direction, so rain, sprinklers, and washdowns will not reach the electronics. IK07 is an impact rating: the housing withstands a 2-joule strike, enough to handle accidental knocks from maintenance equipment, bikes, and foot traffic at path level.

The range, roughly 79 to 2054 lumens, reflects different jobs. Low-output models mark a garden path without glare, while higher-output models light wider walkways and public areas. Output tracks wattage (6W to 19.5W) and optic, so confirm exact figures per model on its spec sheet.

No. Sanded bronze, dark gray, and black are all powder-coated, not painted, so each finish offers the same durability and weather resistance. Choose the color for the design, not for performance.

Three dimming protocols are supported per fixture: 0–10V analog dimming for most existing site controls, DALI for addressable zoned commercial control, and PWM for clean, flicker-free dimming even at the lowest output levels.

One fixture works on both residential and commercial supply voltages, so the same model can be specified across a project without separate SKUs, and no additional transformer or step-down is needed on site.

The PMMA lens diffuses the LED output into an even, comfortable glow and controls glare at eye level. It also seals the optic against weather, keeping the fixture’s IP65 rating intact.

Both. The same construction standard — die-cast aluminum, IP65 sealing, and IK07 impact resistance — runs across the full range, so the collection suits residential gardens as well as commercial, hospitality, and civic pathways.
