Ceiling luminaires lighting an outdoor pergola Ceiling luminaire fixture

Light from above.

Designed for the surface. Built for flexibility.
Surface-mounted luminaires bring architectural lighting to spaces where recessed installation isn’t possible—or simply isn’t desired. Choose the size, light output, CCT, optics, and finish to match the application while keeping installation straightforward.

Materials

Die-cast aluminum texture

Die-cast aluminum

A luminaire body can be molded as one complex piece with mounting points, ribs, openings, etc.

Extruded aluminum texture

Extruded aluminum alloy

The same cross-sectional shape is extruded continuously and then cut to the required length.

Manufacturing: One Facility, Start to Finish

Every aluminum housing in this collection begins as raw metal, not a finished shape.

Melting
01

Melting

Aluminum ingots (12# / ADC12-grade alloy) melted in a furnace

Injection
02

Injection

Molten aluminum is injected under high pressure into a hardened steel mold

Cooling
03

Cooling

The casting solidifies within seconds under continued pressure

Trimming
04

Trimming

Excess flash along the mold seams is removed

Machining
05

Machining

Mounting points and optic seats are CNC-machined to tolerance

Finishing
06

Finishing

Sanded, sealed, and powder-coated in the specified color

Custom Molded Shapes

Custom-molded forms give outdoor lighting greater flexibility in shape, scale, and integration while maintaining the performance required for exterior environments.

Testing & Quality Control

Every fixture is tested before it leaves the facility — not sampled, not spot-checked.

Incoming inspection

Raw materials and components are checked before production.

In-process inspection

Fixtures are checked at each production stage.

Final inspection

Every finished unit is inspected before it ships.

In-house lab testing

IP rating test

IP rating test

Confirms dust and water sealing meets its published rating, critical for a fixture recessed into the ground

Thermal shock test

Thermal shock test

Confirms housings and seals hold under rapid temperature swings

Environmental stress test

Environmental stress test

Simulates long-term outdoor exposure in temperature and humidity chambers

Optics testing

Optics testing

Confirms beam angle and output match spec

Materials & product testing

Materials & product testing

Verifies component strength and finish durability

Electrical safety test

Electrical safety test

Confirms wiring and insulation meet safety requirements

What sets us apart

Vertical Integration

Running the full process in-house — tooling, casting, machining, electronics, and finishing — rather than distributing it across outside subcontractors delivers three concrete advantages:

Vertical integration detail
01

Machined flange, reamed bolt holes and a seated gasket — tolerance and finish quality visible in a single frame.

02

Cutting our own tooling in-house means no waiting on an outside toolmaker between order and first unit.

03

Hundreds of housings from one mold — dimensional repeatability is what holds a spec to the five-hundredth unit.

Beam Angles & Distribution

Most fixture families offer more than one beam on the same housing: 9° / 15° / 20° / 24° / 25° / 30° / 33° / 36° / 38° / 45° / 50° / 60°

Narrow, medium and wide beam angles on a wall

Narrow

Directs light at a single point: art, signage, a column.

Medium

Specified for general task and circulation lighting.

Wide

Distributes light evenly across a room, for ambient use.

Optics

Anti-UV technopolymer lens

Anti-UV technopolymer lens

Formulated to resist the yellowing that standard polymer lenses develop under UV exposure.

Clear tempered glass diffuser

Clear tempered glass diffuser

Used on select models for a more minimal appearance and added impact resistance.

Questions & Answers

The fixtures mount directly to the ceiling surface, with no cut-out or recess cavity required. This makes them the right choice where recessed installation isn’t possible or isn’t desired, and keeps installation straightforward.

The anti-UV technopolymer lens is formulated to resist the yellowing that standard polymer lenses develop under UV exposure, so light output and color stay consistent over time. Select models use a clear tempered glass diffuser instead, for a more minimal appearance and added impact resistance.

The collection is available in 3000K, with CRI 80 across the range.

Wattage ranges from 6W in accent fixtures to 48W in models built for general illumination. Most fixture families also offer several beam angles on the same housing, from 9° up to 60°.
